CCCX, BASP and NCCX UCI races

The Santa Cruz area has been treating me well. On any given day there is always someone to ride with, either on the mtn bike or road bike. I've been busy hitting up the killer trails and roads in the area with plenty of talented and personable people. I certainly feel fortunate to be where I am.

The legs are coming around and the timing couldn't be better. The last two weekends of racing have been pretty rewarding with a win in the CCCX series at Toro Park and a win in the BASP Super Prestige series. Hopefully I can continue with the solid results with this weekend's back to back UCI races in Hendersonville NC. The weather report shows dry and sun for Saturday and wet and rainy on Sunday. A top ten finish for UCI points is essential if I want to get a better call-up at nationals. We'll see what this weekend's racing brings about.
